I get my standings by ranking all positions (starters and backups) as well as head coaches. I add the totals up, divide by 11 to get the final "score". Sure, it's an "on paper" evaluation for the most part, but it's interesting to see how the standings unfold.

As far as my playoff predictions. No surprise here, with a Final Four of Cleveland, Chicago, San Antonio and Golden State.
